Ms. Barbara Womersley is the Human Resources Manager for the Company. Barbara is responsible for strategy development, HR systems implementation, and recruitment and performance management.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria, a Human Resources Management Certificate from BCIT and has been a Certified Human Resources Professional since 2003. She has worked in the high tech and hospitality/tourism industries as well as the mining industry for Placer Dome, Human Resources Manager for Barrick Gold Corporation - North Mara Gold Mine in Tanzania and Vice President HR for Lundin Mining.
