In November 2010, the Company appointed Mr. Stuart McDonald as Chief Financial Officer. Stuart is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of financial experience in mining and other industries. Prior to joining Yukon Zinc he was Chief Financial Officer at Quadra FNX Mining Ltd., and formerly Quadra Mining Ltd. from 2007 to 2010. He was Corporate Controller at Cumberland Resources from 2004 until its acquisition by Agnico-Eagle Mines in 2007. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Vancouver and also spent three years as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young in Prague, Czech Republic. Mr. McDonald obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
